Products depicted on this site may or may not be accurately displayed by your computer monitor. It is important to read the item description and the color description when given.
Granny Goose's Quilt Patch is not responsible or liable for orders that are not received in our office. All information on this site, including merchandise, products and services are subject to change without notice. For orders that were placed, processed and shipped to the address listed by the customer, but were not received by the customer, the customer must notify Granny Goose's Quilt Patch within 14 days from the date of the original order. Failure to notify Granny Goose's Quilt Patch within 14 days will result in the customer having no claim thereafter. Customers should receive orders within 1-10 days as all orders are processed and shipped promptly unless we notify you of any delay.
Return Policy
Defective Merchandise
Granny Goose's Quilt Patch strives to be sure that all merchandise shipped is in perfect condition. However, if you should discover defective goods, you are allowed 7 days to notify Granny Goose's Quilt Patch for instructions on return of goods. Merchandise will be exchanged for the same type and make as the returned goods. If the merchandise is no longer available, the customer will receive an in store credit for merchandise.
Returns
If Customer determines that the fabric shipped is not satisfactory and wishes to return it, you will be allowed 7 days from the time the fabric is received to contact Granny Goose's Quilt Patch for authorization to return the fabric for an in store credit in the amount of the purchase less a 25% restocking and handling fee. There are no returns or exchanges on non-fabric items including, but not limited to patterns, books, and quilt kits.
